"A dream is like a river, ever changing as it flows: and the
dreamer's just a vessel that must follow where it goes."
What dreams we live, what fascination we have in melancholy.
Rising like a tombstone above the Thousand Island landscape is Boldt Castle, a bitter
sweet testimony to life's twist of fate. Trapped deep within it's cold stone walls is felt
the folly of man's immortality as their dreams, dissolved by time, have drifted away like
smoke over water.
Ironically, this original watercolor painting was destroyed in a
fire in 1992.
