I have always been fascinated by moving water. There is a spiritual tranquility being near water that one senses with there soul.  Water is like time, always moving and like water flowing to the oceans, time flows into eternity.

Henry Wadsworth Longfellow wrote:

"Moons waxed and waned, lilacs bloomed and died,

In the broad river ebbed and flowed the tide,

Ships went to sea, and ships came home from sea,

And the slow years sailed and ceased to be.
