There is an air of anticipation and a peaceful laid back feeling in this late spring landscape of two Amish buggies and horses hitched in the shade of fresh willow foliage.  The greens of spring are vibrant and energized with sun yellows, there is a softness to the grass that is inviting and friendly.  The original watercolor painting was done on hot press paper and designed to be matted in an oval format.  With no white border showing, the print is signed and numbered in the picture area below the buggies.
