An early October snow along a remote section of Deer River in Franklin County, is alive with the color of the rich yellow and burnt red leaves of Autumn. The name “Of Innocence” is in reference to the purity and beauty of the first snow fall. That magical transformation that occurs in nature is reminiscent of a first love.
This watercolor painting is done on gessoed paper a technique learned from Don Getz.
